Sizing Guidelines

The T-shirts used by The Gifted Runner are almost exclusively Next Level Soft-style shirts, style 6210 for men and style 6610 for women,  made up of 60% cotton and 40% polyester. Men’s sizes run very true to form. But for women’s and unisex “cuts”, please refer to the sizing charts below:

The women’s sizing, in inches, is based on the measurement of the HPS, the High Point Shoulder measurement and the Bust measurement, taken 1 inch below the armholes horizontally. The HPS (highest point of the shoulder) is the distance from where the shoulder seam meets the collar of the shirt to the bottom of the shirt; it is a vertical measurement. Both measurements are based on the shirt lying flat.

For shirts that are billed as “unisex”, again, the men’s sizes are true to form. The size equivalence for “women’s versus men’s unisex sizes” are as follows:
