Return & Exchange Policy
All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of shipment. The item returned must be in new, unworn condition, with the exception of items with which a “flaw” is discovered in that 30 days; those items can be returned “as is”. All refunds will be made by check to the purchaser of the item and mailed to the billing address of that purchaser; we are not set up to credit amounts back to the card used for the transaction.
When returning an item, please include your full name, shipping address, billing address, phone number and email address in the return package. The date that you ordered the item would be helpful as well.
Shipping Costs: The assumption of the shipping cost depends on the reason. If an item is exchanged due to a production “flaw” or a sizing issue, TGR will assume both the return and replacment (if applicable) postage costs. If an item is returned and not exchanged for any other reason, TGR will send the returnee a gift certificate for the amount of the postage they incurred. If an item is returned AND exchanged for any other reason, TGR will send the returnee a gift certificate for the amount of the postage they incurred in returning it and TGR will assume the cost of shipping the replacement. All refunded postage costs will be paid by check to the party returning the item.
Repeated Returns: Please note that while we want you to be 100% happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns or exchanges may limit your eligibility for such refunds and/or product replacement.
Exchange of Out-of-stock or Discontinued Products: If a returned item falls into either category, TGR will contact you directly via the email listed on your purchase to see what actions you wish to take.
